- Owner: [Owner name or company name]

2. What Other Twist is and where it stands
Other Twist is a writing app for planning, organizing and writing novels, screenplays, comics and other narrative projects. It is currently in development and not open to the public.
The features, screenshots and plans shown on this site describe the product as we are building it and may change before launch. Dates, pricing and plans will be confirmed when it opens.
3. The waitlist
- Joining is free and commits you to nothing: it is not a purchase, a reservation or an app account.
- Being on the list does not guarantee access on a specific date. We may open access in phases, by signup order or by other criteria, and we will tell the list before we do.
- You must use a valid email address of your own and be at least 14 years old.
- You can leave the list at any time by writing to hola@other-tales.com.
- We may close or change the waitlist, or remove signups that are clearly fake or automated.
4. Using the site
You may use this site to learn about Other Twist, read its guides and join the waitlist. You may not:
- Sign up other people without their permission or use email addresses that are not yours.
- Automate form submissions, overload the site or try to access its systems.
- Use the site or its content for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm Other Twist or others.
5. Intellectual property
The Other Twist name, logo, site design, texts, illustrations, screenshots and blog guides belong to their owner or are used under licence. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without written permission.
You may quote short excerpts from the blog guides as long as you credit the source with a link to the original page.
6. Blog content
The writing guides are for guidance only and reflect our experience and opinion. They do not replace professional advice, such as editorial or legal advice.
7. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party services. We do not control their content or policies, which are governed by their own terms.
8. Liability
We work to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the site contrary to these terms, except where the law does not allow that liability to be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the product changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be settled by the courts where you live. Before that, write to us: we will try to resolve it amicably.
